Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure planning, project development, or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects.
• Strong procurement and contract management knowledge, preferably in the public sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of crematorium development projects, including expansions and upgrades.
• Oversee scoping, feasibility studies, and funding approvals for projects.
• Drive procurement strategies and manage tenders for consultants and contractors.
• Manage consultants and contractors through planning and implementation phases.
• Coordinate timelines across multiple workstreams to align with operations and requirements.
• Assess cost reasonableness for complex contracting and variations.
• Contribute to future crematorium infrastructure planning and capacity needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and energy solutions for efficiency and resilience.
• Collaborate with agencies and service providers on technical and planning issues.
• Support policy development for after-death infrastructure and services.
