Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore is seeking a Network Engineer to support and maintain our infrastructure, monitor performance, and lead high-impact projects. You will design, implement, test, and hand over solutions, and coordinate incident resolution while ensuring service levels.

The role includes on-call standby with varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Join a team prioritising scalable network operations, security, and collaboration with vendors to deliver reliable connectivity and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer engineering or related field.
• CCNA and CCNP preferred; ITIL v3/4 certification is a plus.
• 3+ years in network administration and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure design and implementation according to standards.
• Lead testing and handover of network solutions.
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure performance.
• Resolve incidents and escalate as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
