Job summary

SYNAPXE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced infrastructure leader to oversee projects from planning through handover, ensuring uptime, security, and compliance. The role drives virtualization, storage, NAS, backup, and DR strategies with cross‑functional collaboration.

You will coordinate with vendors, implement plans, and mentor staff while delivering reliable IT services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of design, developing, implementing, automating, project management and maintaining IT systems.
• Vendor certifications across major vendors.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, NAS is a plus.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain day-to-day infrastructure operations for availability, performance, and reliability.
• Design, implement, administer, and optimize virtualization environments.
• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise storage systems and NAS platforms.
• Design and maintain backup architectures and DR/BC plans.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge across the group.
