Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure professional to manage operations, systems administration, and infrastructure projects.

The role covers servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms, with on-premises data centre support and cloud integration. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills (firewall, load balancer, switches, wireless, VPN), as well as security hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation capabilities.

Qualifications

• IT infrastructure operations / systems administration / infrastructure project delivery.
• Servers, storage, virtualization and cloud platforms.
• On-premises data centre and cloud infrastructure support.
• Networking exposure including firewall, load balancer, switches, wireless and VPN.
• Infrastructure security, hardening, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, change management and production support.
• Experience working with vendors and service providers.
• Scripting / automation exposure such as PowerShell or Python would be advantageous.
• Government / IM8 experience would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
