Job summary

Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive in Inflight Services (Standards & Performance) to uphold high dining standards across inflight and lounge operations. You will drive data-driven improvements, governance of caterers, and digital analytics to enhance customer experience.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, translate insights into actionable improvements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the dining program.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, Operations, Data Analytics, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for reports and updates.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination across units and external partners.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
• A keen interest in food and beverage, customer experience and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage inflight/lounge dining experience, including end-to-end product policy reviews and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Develop data-led plans to support product development for inflight/lounge meals balancing CX, ops and cost.
• Consolidate and analyse customer feedback and social media insights to monitor F&B performance.
• Conduct analyses and post-implementation reviews to address trends and improve CX and F&B metrics.
• Manage SATS account governance, KPI/JSC reviews, quarterly SLAs, and case investigations.
• Conduct monthly audits of SIN catered meals for compliance and quality against standards.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights on F&B performance.
• Strengthen processes through standardisation and automation to improve efficiency.
• Coach and mentor associates to support development and team effectiveness.
