Job summary

Singapore Airlines is seeking a Dining Design and Development professional to uphold and elevate the high standards of food and beverage across lounges and inflight operations.

You will drive dining experience initiatives, customer experience measurement, caterer governance, digital innovation and continuous improvement by translating customer insights and operational data into meaningful improvements for inflight and lounge dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, Operations, Data Analytics or Communications is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with dashboarding, data visualisation or workflow automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inflight/Lounge F&B policy, development and implementation including end-to-end product policy reviews with stakeholders.
• Develop data-led implementation plans to support product development and enhancement of inflight/lounge meals while balancing customer experience and cost.
