You will work with Windows API, motion control cards, and distributed I/O systems to gather sensor data and control actuators in a modern manufacturing environment. Collaboration with electrical and mechanical engineers, careful memory management, multithreading, and code reviews are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/SE or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience developing industrial automation software (C++, C#, WPF).
• Proven experience with motion control cards and distributed I/O systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug industrial automation software using C++, C#, and WPF.
• Utilize Windows API and libraries to interface with hardware components.
• Program machine functionalities using motion control cards for precise movement control.
• Integrate with distributed I/O systems to collect sensor data and control actuators.
• Implement robust inter-process communication and memory management techniques.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers, participate in code reviews, and stay current with automation tech.
