Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Incident Investigation Manager (Banking) to lead end-to-end incident resolution and manage the Incident WAR Room across geographies. You will coordinate troubleshooting across SAN, Unix, Windows, Network, DBA, CTRL-M, MQ and drive post-incident analysis.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with 4–6 years in Infrastructure/Application Support, crisis management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to engage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, or Engineering.
• 8+ years IT experience with 4–6 years in Infrastructure/Application Support.
• Experience in Crisis Management and IT operations in capital markets or corporate banking.
• Familiar with monitoring tools and job scheduling (CTRL-M) and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate incident resolution end-to-end.
• Activate and manage the Incident WAR Room for real-time cross-geography communication.
• Coordinate troubleshooting across SAN, Unix, Windows, Network, DBA, CTRL-M, MQ.
• Drive post-incident analysis, post-mortems, and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior management; act as Process Owner.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand interdependencies.
