Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd. seeks a Site Incident Manager to oversee shift-based operations and incident handling at our Singapore facilities. You will supervise duty teams, monitor building systems, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety and continuity of critical services.

Strong leadership, experience in control rooms or SOC, and expertise with BMS and IOCC platforms are required. This role emphasizes compliance and rapid decision-making in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field required.
• Experience in control rooms/SOC or building management environments.
• Strong leadership and incident coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage duty teams during each shift.
• Oversee real-time monitoring of building infrastructure, safety, security, and emergency systems via IOCC.
• Lead command center personnel in incident management, escalation and resolution.
• Enforce SOPs, including emergency protocols and pre-planned responses.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, service providers, and contractors for issue resolution.
• Perform weekly reviews and report incident and building performance to management.
• Act as Site Incident Commander for major incidents when required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and safety requirements.
