Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization, including conducting BIAs and driving continuous improvement for resilience.
• Coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments with IT, security and business units across departments, branches, and head office.
• Monitor threats and regulatory changes, adapting continuity strategies to stay compliant and effective.
• Lead incident response communications and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates and readiness for future disruptions.
