Penanshin Shipping Pte. Ltd. invites an experienced Team Lead / Senior Import Executive to join our Singapore team.

You will support the Import Manager in daily import operations and ensure smooth customs clearance with overseas partners. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–6 years’ experience in import operations or freight forwarding.
• Familiar with import documentation and customs procedures.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Import Manager in daily import operations.
• Coordinate import arrangements and provide operational support to the sales team.
• Work with internal teams to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Liaise with overseas branches and appointed agents on shipment matters.
• Ensure import procedures comply with company policies and ISO 9001 standards.
• Act as a key point of contact for customs-related matters (Inter-Gateway permits).
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
• Handle other import-related duties as required.
