Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT Personnel to support MOE Singapore schools, with a Diploma in ICT and at least five years of relevant ICT experience. You will handle user administration (accounts and passwords), Active Directory, printers, Outlook, school websites and portals, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and mobile devices, plus configuring end-user hardware and software.

Qualifications

Diploma in ICT with at least 5 years of relevant ICT experience.
Preferably at least 5 years’ working experience in MOE Singapore schools.
Good interpersonal, communication, planning, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage user administration (accounts and passwords) and Active Directory.
Maintain printers, Outlook, school websites/portals, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and mobile devices.
Configure and maintain end-user hardware and software.
Provide video conferencing support for large events (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype).
Liaise with ICT vendors and manage ICT project contracts.
Maintain asset inventory and licensing records.
Provide end-user training and guidance.
Procure ICT equipment and services via GeBIZ and quotations.
Update and maintain school website content.
Assist with videography/photography for events.
