Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking an AV Support Technician to provide comprehensive technical support for the school's AV systems, ensuring reliable operation during lessons and events. You will diagnose, maintain and repair AV equipment such as projectors, displays, sound systems and lighting, and assist in developing SOPs, manuals and training materials for staff and pupils.

Join a busy ICT team to support daily activities, coordinate with the HOD ICT, and help keep inventory and asset tagging up

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for AV hardware (projectors, displays, sound, lights, etc).
• Helps HOD ICT develop SOPs and manuals for AV equipment.
• Supports AV during school and ad-hoc events.
• Diagnoses and resolves AV equipment issues.
• Performs minor repairs, maintenance and cleaning.
• Notifies HOD ICT when repairs are needed.
• Maintains inventory and asset tagging for AV gear.
• Researches and evaluates new AV products for the school.
• Conducts training sessions for pupils and staff on AV use.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Principal / HOD ICT.
