Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an ICT professional to manage centre ICT projects and MOE HQ rollouts, providing updates, documentation and guidelines. You will support procurement, prepare ITQ specs and manage ICT/AV inventory, licences, and services.

Job description

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.

Service is generally not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. Occasional Saturday duties may be required, with time off in lieu.

Requirements:

• Diploma in ICT and at least five years of relevant ICT experience.
• At least five years of experience in MOE Singapore schools is preferred.
• Technical skills in user accounts, Active Directory, print servers, Outlook, websites, portals, VPN, Wi‑Fi, mobile devices, networks, servers, AV and telecoms.
• Ability to configure, install, maintain and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software, manage support tickets and and .
• Experience supporting online meetings and webinars using MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Skype, including large events and workshops.
• Skills in ICT inventory, licences, equipment loans, procurement, website content and performance, photography, videography and advanced video post‑production.
• Good communication, planning, analytical and negotiation skills; ability to multitask and work independently and in teams. ICT contract, vendor and project management experience is preferred.

Job Scopes:

1. Manage Centre ICT projects and MOE HQ rollouts in line with MOE policies; provide updates, documentation and guidelines to HOD/SH (ICT), and support the annual ICT Masterplan.
2. Gather ICT needs, propose technical solutions, support procurement of ICT/AV equipment and services, and prepare ITQ specifications, budgets and approval documents.
3. Manage ICT/AV inventory, licences, equipment loans, replacement and disposal; coordinate vendors, deliveries, repairs and service requests.
4. Assign and oversee the Technology Assistant's work and collaborate with trainers, technical teams and other ICT staff.
5. Provide end‑user support and guidance for SSOE, non‑SSOE and WOG services, accounts, Tamil fonts, HRMS, VPN, GeBIZ and devices; maintain support records and manage escalations.
6. Maintain the Centre website and premises booking system, printing services, digital signage and ICT records.
7. Provide event logistics, AV, photography, videography and video production; create video presentations, banners, booklet covers, bookmarks and presentation slides for Centre and PD/TL activities.
8. Support online meetings, conferences, webinars and workshops; coordinate hosts, panellists, trainers and participants.
9. Explore relevant teaching technologies, train colleagues, and coordinate ICT matters and feedback with MOE HQ.
