Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated AV/IT technician to support school events with audio, visual and media services. You will manage classroom technology setup, assist in event preparation, and help with maintenance and loan management of equipment.

You will troubleshoot devices (projectors, visualizers, Apple TV), document operations and coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth technology usage in classrooms and during exams.

Responsibilities

• Usage Support Services: provide audio, visual and media services for school-wide events and activities; create/edit videos as needed.
• Staff training and setup: conduct hands-on setup of AV/IT classroom equipment (Apple TV etc.) and assist Media/Infocomm Club CCA.
• Troubleshooting: provide technical support when equipment does not function properly (projectors, visualizers, Apple TV).
• Administrative and Housekeeping: manage loaning of AV equipment, document loans, maintain logs and inventory, and assist in deliveries and sign-ins.
• Maintenance: perform scheduled maintenance of AV/IT equipment across classrooms and specialised rooms; liaise with staff and external vendor for servicing and repairs.
