Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage building electrical construction for semiconductor fab and cleanroom environments. You will govern HV/MV/LV power distribution, substations, switchgear, UPS, and critical power systems to meet safety, budget, and schedule targets.

You will drive commissioning, testing, and handover activities, coordinating with mechanical, controls, and process teams to ensure readiness (RFE/RFM) and compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 8–12+ years of electrical engineering experience in semiconductor fab, cleanroom, or high‑tech industrial projects.
• Proven experience leading power distribution, UPS, and critical electrical systems through commissioning and handover.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and reliability principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical governance for fab electrical systems, including HV/MV/LV power distribution, substations, switchgear, and power systems.
• Coordinate with cross‑discipline teams to resolve electrical issues and ensure energization readiness.
• Act as technical authority for RFIs, deviations, and field changes affecting electrical systems.
• Lead commissioning strategy, testing, and handover to operations for cleanroom and tool readiness.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth handover to reliability teams.
