annexion partners pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding, and oversee HR operations.

You will handle attendance, payroll support, employee records, and compliance with local labor laws, while fostering a positive workplace culture. With at least five years in generalist HR or talent acquisition, you will advise on policies, manage performance processes, and support training initiatives, leveraging SAP HRIS and related systems

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist HR operations or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of local employment acts, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS systems (e.g., SAP).
• Candidates with engineering background are advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.

• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and leave requests, and support monthly payroll and benefits administration.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, counsel staff and supervisors, and deploy engagement strategies to boost retention and workplace morale.
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure company procedures comply with current labor laws,and assist in updating or drafting new HR policies.
• Performance & Training: Coordinate annual performance review procedures and identify workplace training or development needs.
• Support for internal and external communications

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in generalist HR operations or talent acquisition
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local employment acts, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (SAP)
• Candidate with engineering background is advantageous
