Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in an HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Proficient in HR information systems, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders.
