Job summary

Toll Group in Singapore is seeking a safety-focused professional to lead warehouse safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management across operations. You will conduct inspections, drive HSSE initiatives, and deliver essential safety training to employees and stakeholders.

The role requires diploma/degree qualification with ISO Internal Auditor certification and strong communication skills. You will work on-site in Singapore and must pass pre-employment checks before joining Toll Group.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in warehouse safety, shipping operations, and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 management systems.
• Skilled in conducting site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear safety guidance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement controls for a safe workplace.
• Oversee HSE, Critical Risk Management, and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regs and HSSE standards.
• Deliver safety training on procedures, risk management, incident reporting, and global systems; ensure clear safety communications.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain records.
• Enforce safety regs, ensure equipment and work instructions, support with PTW and site assessments.
• Promote proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and best practices.
