Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a skilled HSE professional to lead safety initiatives within our Singapore operations. You will drive risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

You will deliver training on procedures and incident reporting, investigate incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders across functions to uphold HSSE standards. This role emphasizes proactive safety culture and clear safety communications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in warehouse safety, shipping operations, and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 management systems.
• Skilled in conducting site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear safety guidance across the organization.
• Diploma/Degree holder or higher.
• Certified ISO Internal Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, Gemba Walks, and internal audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Oversee workplace HSE, Critical Risk Management, and safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and corporate HSSE standards.
• Deliver safety training on procedures, risk management, incident reporting, and global management systems while ensuring clear communication of safety information to all stakeholders.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate incident records for management review.
• Enforce safety regulations, ensure availability of necessary safety equipment and work instructions, and support operations with PTW applications and site assessments.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through continuous awareness campaigns, best practices, and engagement initiatives to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.

The Opportunity:
