Job summary

JLL in Singapore seeks a Head of HSSE to lead health, safety, security and environment initiatives across Project Development Services. You will shape strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive training, audits and improvement programs with senior leadership.

The role requires extensive HSSE expertise, stakeholder engagement, and experience delivering ISO standards across SEA. On-site position based in Singapore, reporting to the regional HSSE leader.

Qualifications

• Post graduate HSSE qualification preferred.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HSSE or Environment.
• Leadership Management course or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSSE strategy for Singapore PDS team and align with regional objectives.
• Maintain ISO certifications and regulatory compliance across SEA.
• Develop and deliver HSSE training programs and mentorship.
• Promote HSSE engagement and drive risk-based improvements across projects.
• Oversee HSSE professionals in Singapore and liaise with clients and senior management.
