Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead Workplace Safety and Health initiatives in Singapore.

You will develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance across MOM, WSH, SCDF, NEA as applicable. The role requires hands-on management of risk registers, incident investigations, audits, and promotion of safe practices.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HSE experience.
• FSM certification.
• Manage Work at Height – Assessor/Manager certification.
• Strong knowledge of MOM and Workplace Safety & Health regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement HSE policies, procedures and management systems in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and review risk assessments and maintain HSE risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), MOM and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Monitor workplace HSE performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents and work-related health cases and prepare relevant reports.
• Conduct and support workplace safety inspections and internal/external audits.
• Follow up on safety findings and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records and reports.
• Promote HSE awareness and good safety practices within the organisation.
• Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned.
