Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an EHS Lead to drive policy management, inspections and training, coordinating management-system activities.

You will develop and maintain EHS documents, support ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OH&S standards, and provide advisory support to management and functions.

Strong communication across functions and a good working knowledge of regulatory requirements are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma or higher qualification in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health or related discipline.
• Good working knowledge of workplace safety, health and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Experience with airport infrastructure and/or vehicular bridge projects is preferred.
• Ability to communicate requirements clearly and work with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce EHS requirements to promote a safe and healthy workplace and prevent environmental pollution.
• Develop, review and maintain EHS policies, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Conduct regular EHS inspections, recommend control measures and monitor follow-up actions to improve performance.
• Plan and deliver EHS-related training based on needs and responsibilities of employees.
• Coordinate and support the organization's quality, environmental and OH&S management systems, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
