Job summary

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) preferred.
• Knowledge of WSH/HSE regulations and ISO standards.
• Minimum 2 years HSE experience in a similar setting.
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Punctual attendance and willingness to work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of HSE safe practices and general administration.
• Prioritize HSE requirements as mandatory compliance.
• Provide support to the organization and superiors and work closely with teammates.
• Develop statistics on safety performance, incidents and data reports.
• Administer and file records for teammates’ certifications, training records, permits, ISO/HSE documents.
• Assist with developing safety trainings and tender/statutory documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients and teammates for timely service delivery.
• Be proactive and take on additional roles and responsibilities.
