Job summary

SingHealth is seeking a Senior / Assistant Manager to spearhead HR digitalisation across the cluster. You will drive end-to-end HRIS initiatives—from implementation to training and process improvements—collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and technology partners to deliver reliable HR technology solutions.

You will gather requirements, lead UAT, manage change requests, and support day-to-day HR operations with reporting and access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/HR/engineering/business/science.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience with HRIS exposure.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and lead User Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate with vendors and Synapxe for successful rollouts.
• Review HRIS change requests and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
• Attend staff queries and manage HRIS authorisation roles.
• Develop training sessions and keep eLearning content current.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.
