Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital seeks a Deputy Director of Human Resources (Strategic HR Partnering) to lead HRBP for critical workforce groups, guiding enterprise-wide HR transformation and leadership development. You will partner with senior clinical and organizational leaders to shape workforce strategies that enable excellent patient care and deliver on priorities.

Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you will oversee a HRBP team and collaborate with the leadership team to strengthen workforce

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with enterprise exposure.
• Proven track record of leading teams and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR partnering for key workforce groups to enable patient care excellence.
• Shape workforce strategies including planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development.
• Provide strategic counsel on employee relations, performance management and talent management.
