Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Deputy Director/Director, Human Resources (Strategic HR Partnering) to lead HRBP and workforce transformation initiatives. You will partner senior clinical and organisational leaders to shape workforce strategies, leadership pipelines and organisational resilience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you will lead a HRBP team, develop people strategies, strengthen workforce capability, and deliver enterprise-wide HR

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with enterprise exposure.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and influence senior leaders.
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to translate insights into people strategies.
• Ability to operate in complexity and drive organisational change in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRBP partnerships with senior clinical and leadership teams.
• Shape workforce strategies, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive enterprise HR transformation and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high-performing HRBP team across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise and Shared Services to deliver integrated HR solutions.
