Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an HR Business Partner (Admin & Ancillary) to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, coordinating workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management and organisational development initiatives.

You will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business needs, support HR governance and compliance, and coach managers on performance and development, while leveraging workforce insights to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of HR experience in strategic HR functions such as partnering, ER, OD or workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning in collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence.
• Engage leaders to improve employee engagement and retention and advise on governance and policies.
• Coach managers on performance, development, and people management practices.
• Analyse workforce trends and feedback to identify interventions and opportunities for improvement.
• Support HR projects and change initiatives in collaboration with HR Shared Services.
