Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Senior Manager / Manager to lead the People & Culture team in the healthcare sector.

The role covers full HR functions, policy development, and strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic environment. Based in Buona Vista with occasional work at Upper Thomson, you will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and employee relations, while guiding the Deputy CEO on HR matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 6+ years HR and payroll experience with team-leading responsibilities.
• Experience across HR functions: Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations.
• Experience in healthcare or service sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with Infotech HRIS and HR analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and full HR functions.
• Advise the Deputy CEO on HR and people-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Manage workforce planning, talent pipelines and employer branding.
• Lead performance management and reviews.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development.
• Manage onboarding, engagement and retention processes.
• Handle employee relations and guidance on HR policies.
• Oversee compensation structures and HR operations.
• Manage HR reporting, systems and data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR governance and risk management.
• Lead HR transformation and process improvement.
• Oversee HRIS enhancements and other HR projects.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required.
