Job summary

BreadTalk Group is hiring for an HR Operations & Payroll role in Singapore. You will support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain employee records. You will also manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of HR experience with payroll processing. SAP ECP or BIPO Payroll knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/Business-related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with hands-on payroll processing.
• Solid understanding of Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements.
• Knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF and tax rules.
• Strong numerical ability and data handling skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operations support including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support end-to-end monthly payroll processing and related reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and handle work pass administration.
• Provide HR guidance on policies and procedures to employees and stakeholders.
• Assist HR projects such as system testing and UAT as required.
• Handle routine HR enquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
