Job summary

Western Digital seeks a Director of Talent Development and Inclusion for APAC to lead regional TD&I strategy, translating global programs into locally relevant experiences that build leaders and inclusive, high-performing teams.

You will manage a small APAC team, partner with HR and business leaders across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, and scale development initiatives with measurable impact while upholding WD's global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in talent development or L&D with 5+ years leading people
• Experience across APAC markets and cultural dynamics
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles
• Ability to design programs across in-person, virtual, and self-directed formats
• Experience using data to measure program impact and report to senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to build trust and influence across cultures and levels

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Talent Development and Inclusion for APAC across locations.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver development experiences aligning global standards with local context.
• Design and deliver global leadership programs across APAC, ensuring inclusivity.
• Identify local development needs and implement targeted solutions.
• Develop a regional learning network with internal and external partners.
• Measure program delivery and outcomes, using data to drive improvements.
