Job summary

MSF in Singapore seeks a Manager/Senior Manager in the HR Policy & Planning team to develop, refine and implement HR strategies that attract, motivate and retain talents within MSF. You will work closely with the team leader to shape policy direction and ensure alignment with workforce transformation goals.

You will lead policy development, conduct workforce analytics, and drive strategic planning while engaging senior leaders, line divisions and partner teams to gather inputs and manage policy

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement HR policies and strategies to support organisational objectives and workforce transformation.
• Lead rollout of new or revised HR policies and manage change with stakeholder buy-in.
• Conduct HR research, benchmarking and analyze workforce data to support policy decisions.
• Oversee development of workforce dashboards to derive insights for decision-making.
• Drive strategic workforce planning to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Coordinate consultations with senior leadership and partners within MSF for inputs to policy development.
• Provide expert policy advice to senior management on policy interpretation and consistency.
