Job summary
JurongHealth Campus seeks an Analytics and Performance Management professional to support strategic planning through data-driven insights and population/patient profiling. You will identify market demand and opportunities with current and future-state analyses, informing decision-making.
You will develop and maintain dashboards, work with stakeholders as SME for analytics tools, and ensure thorough documentation, testing and training for all new/updated processes, while upholding MOH data
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science / Business / Finance or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience with healthcare processes is an advantage.
- Experience with SQL, VBA or RPA is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning through data-driven analytics and projections.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders as SME for analytics and dashboards.
- Ensure documentation and testing for new systems and processes.
- Master subject matter in patient data sources and reporting per MOH policy.
- Support PDPA-compliant data controls with Data Protection Office.
