Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a strategic HR partner to collaborate with business units to deliver proactive HR services, including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration. The role requires a Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly meticulous, independent and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous
