Job summary

Lions Befrienders Service Association (Singapore) is seeking a meticulous Human Resource Executive to support payroll, recruitment coordination, reporting, and employee data administration.

Role requires at least 5 years of payroll and HR operations experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore CPF, IRAS and MOM requirements. At least 3 days per week, the candidate will handle onboarding, offboarding, records, benefits, and HR documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll practices (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
• Hands-on in onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration and HR documentation.
• Proficient in HR/payroll systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll processing including attendance, leave, overtime and salary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate employee records for hires, resignations, transfers and changes.
• Support HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
• Coordinate recruitment: post ads, screen applicants, arrange interviews, and draft offers.
• Administer data in HR systems and ensure timely updates.
• Assist with payroll compliance submissions (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
• HR process improvements and ad hoc projects.
