Job summary

FinPrime Group is seeking a senior HR professional to serve as HR lead and business partner to its MAS-regulated Singapore entity. You will collaborate with business leaders, Compliance, Legal and Risk to ensure people practices, organisation design and workforce decisions meet business needs and regulatory expectations.

This is a hands-on role shaping governance and licensing-related HR activities. Ideal candidates have strong stakeholder management skills, in-depth knowledge of Singapore

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Direct experience in an MAS-regulated financial institution is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and MOM requirements.
• Hands-on approach with ability to design and implement HR frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR lead and business partner to MAS-regulated entities, advising on performance management, ER, compensation, and sensitive matters.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal and senior management on regulatory workforce and organisation requirements.
• Oversee governance documentation, fit-and-proper assessments, and background checks for key appointments.
• Support MAS regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and ensure alignment of organisation structure and reporting lines with regulatory expectations.
• Lead workforce planning, organisation design, succession planning and coverage for critical roles.
