Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading global financial services firm to appoint an Associate, Human Resources Business Partner to join its Human Resources team based in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, partnering closely with business leaders and employees across the region.

The successful candidate will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions and a positive employee experience. Responsibilities will span areas including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent reviews, succession planning, offboarding, and other HR initiatives.

Acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees, the individual will provide guidance on HR policies, people-related matters, and best practices while ensuring consistency and compliance across the organisation. The role will also partner with regional and global HR teams to support annual HR processes, workforce planning, organisational changes, and key talent initiatives aligned with business objectives.

In addition, the Associate will contribute to HR projects and programmes across the region, leveraging data and insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements in people processes and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will possess several years of progressive HR experience gained within a professional services, consulting, advisory, financial services, or similarly fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be key to success in this role. Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle and partnering with business leaders on a broad range of HR topics will be highly advantageous.
