Job summary

St. Andrew's Autism Centre seeks an HR professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain HRIS records, and process contracts, renewals, transfers, and offboarding. You will support recruitment, onboarding, and HR reporting within SAAC policies.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR operations, familiarity with MOM regulations, and experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday. Singapore-based location with non-profit healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
• IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred or actively pursuing.
• Relevant SkillsFuture-funded HR courses or WSQ HR qualifications an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle for assigned divisions: contracts, confirmations, renewals, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and data integrity for all assigned employees.
• Process HR transactions and employment documentation per SAAC policies and workflows.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports.
