Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) seeks a hands-on HR Business Partner to collaborate with leaders and officers on people matters, improve workforce outcomes and strengthen people practices. You will work with HR COEs and Shared Services to implement inclusive people strategies and organisational change.

The role calls for 5+ years in HR, solid knowledge of Singapore employment law, strong business acumen, and data-driven problem-solving. Experience in social services is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR business partnering, employee relations or HR generalist roles.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational workforce challenges; experience in the social service sector is an advantage.
• Good data literacy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
• Ability to advise and guide managers in people management, supported by strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High level of resilience and adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving contexts.
• Experience in change management and supporting teams through transformation would be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leaders and reporting officers on day-to-day people matters, including performance, conduct, workplace relationships, contracts and staff well-being.
• Support initiatives to build a future-ready workforce through job redesign, capability development and skills transformation.
• Strengthen staff engagement, well-being and retention, while promoting inclusive hiring and effective people management.
• Drive and support organisational change initiatives arising from growth, digitalisation and strategic priorities.
• Deliver integrated, efficient and high-impact people solutions in collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services.
