Job summary

BIT, a global digital asset financial services group headquartered in Singapore, seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to lead daily operations for the Singapore office. Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations with knowledge of MOM regulations and Singapore employment laws.
• Excellent communication skills with a flexible and approachable attitude.
• Strong problem solver with a positive and logical mindset.
• Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and a strong team player.
• Tech-savvy, proficient with HRIS/AI systems, and open to adopting new tools.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with local stakeholders and regional teams.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations for the Singapore office, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, letter issuance, and documentation.
• Coordinate and support local payroll runs, working closely with payroll vendors and finance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and related legislations, acting as go-to expert for local HR inquiries.
• Act as the authorised local point of contact for statutory registrations and government-related HR matters (CPF, IRAS, MOM submissions).
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to drive efficiency within HR operations.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with local labour law and organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation within HR systems.
• Support audits, statutory reporting, and local government/regulatory submissions.
• Partner with regional HR/People teams to ensure processes are consistent yet locally compliant.
• Take ownership of other HR-related operational projects as assigned.
