Job summary

SR Consulting Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead HR initiatives within the logistics sector. You will drive talent acquisition, enhance employee engagement, and implement performance management systems aligned with company goals.

You will also oversee labour-law compliance, stakeholder relationships, and smooth HR operations to support logistics teams in achieving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years or more of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations specific to the logistics sector.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and audit management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in logistics and supply chain management.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems aligned with organizational goals; train managers on PM practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with department heads and management to align HR initiatives with business goals; liaise with external partners.
• Training: Identify training needs for manpower and transportation teams and arrange relevant programs; promote continuous learning.
• Audit Management: Conduct regular HR process audits and implement corrective actions; collaborate with auditors.
• Completion of MOM Surveys: Oversee MOM surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans.
• Operations Administration: Support logistics with HR administrative tasks; collaborate to improve workforce productivity.
• Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to labour laws; update HR policies and perform regular compliance audits.
