REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for its Singapore office in the construction sector. You will oversee payroll, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local laws.

The role requires 10-15 years in HR, with ISO certification experience and familiarity with BCA regulations. Prior experience in a Japanese company is highly regarded.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in HR or related field.
• 10-15 years HR experience in construction.
• Hands-on HR operations experience.
• Experience supporting ISO audits and certification.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 45001.
• Strong understanding of BCA operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in a Japanese company or Japanese-affiliated organisation.
• Proficient in payroll systems Info-Tech / Infotech.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full spectrum of HR and employment matters for the Singapore office.
• Provide leadership to the HR team.
• Manage recruitment planning and activities.
• Handle onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Manage payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits.
• Oversee performance management and HR policies.
• Maintain employment contracts, handbooks, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with MOM, BCA, external consultants and auditors.
• Work with management and stakeholders on HR and workforce matters.
