In this role, you will lead a dedicated HR and administrative team to support nationwide operations, ensuring the seamless execution of full-spectrum HR functions.

The position also involves cross-functional coordination and administrative oversight. You will manage a team of 30+ staff, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive improvements across HR systems and processes.
