Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines, manage compensation and benefits, and lead performance reviews and HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 4+ years HR experience, including talent acquisition and compensation and benefits, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF, leave entitlements and work pass requirements.
• Hands-on, organised and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines.
• Manage salary benchmarking, reviews, bonuses, promotions, and headcount reporting.
• Coordinate performance reviews, development plans and PIP.
• Administer workforce grants and work passes, ensuring compliance.
• Support employee engagement, bursaries and grievance handling, and HR policies.
• Lead the HR team to ensure timely, accurate HR administration.
