Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR/IR professional to handle case management, disputes advisory, and operations support within the TADM framework, stationed at Jurong East.

The role includes case retrieval from CRM, member advisory, dispute mediation, meticulous documentation, and coordination with unions and partners. A 6-month contract with 11–15 SGD per hour is offered, requiring strong HR/IR background and leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5–10 years of HR or industrial relations experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a team.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and ability to apply them.
• Comfortable using multiple IT systems for case resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels.
• Independent, analytical, and proactive with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve cases from CRM, assess and provide timely advisory.
• Advise members on workplace matters and disputes at TADM/NTUC (Jurong East).
• Provide assistance to resolve employment disputes through mediation.
• Document cases accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with partners on employability and placement for members.
• Provide efficient counter services and encourage member retention.
• Identify processes or SOPs to enhance NTUC Operations effectiveness.
• Liaise with Tripartite partners and unions to manage cases.
• Provide guidance to junior case officer.
• Participate in Labour Movement policy discussions to champion workers’ cause.
• Assessment and analysis of data and trends.
• Conduct case sharing and exchanges in Labour Movement.
