Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in HR or industrial relations preferred.
• Collaborate well in a team.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and ability to apply employment laws in handling grievances.
• Comfortable with using multiple IT systems for resolution of cases.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels including workers, management & key working partners.
• Independent and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High perseverance, takes initiative and willing to go the extra mile for members.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve cases from Case Relationship Management System (CRM), assess the cases and provide timely assistance and advisory.
• Advise members on workplace-related matters/disputes at TADM (NTUC) in Jurong East and provide mediation where needed.
• Provide assistance to resolve employment disputes of members and companies, including mediation.
• Follow through a case from advisory to reaching an agreed settlement for members.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of cases.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on employability and employment for members requiring placement assistance.
• Provide efficient counter services according to duty roster under Customer Service.
• Identify processes or SOPs to enhance TADM Operations effectiveness.
• Liaise with Tripartite partners and unions to manage cases.
• Engage in any other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
