Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR support role based in Jurong East for a 6-month contract. The incumbent will retrieve and assess cases using CRM, provide timely workplace advisory, and assist in resolving employment disputes including mediation.

Responsibilities include documenting cases, coordinating with parties, and delivering counter services per duty roster. The position requires a minimum of A levels, a diploma or a degree and preferred HR experience.

Qualifications

• Min. A level, diploma or degree in any field.
• Some HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and assess cases through the Case Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Provide timely assistance and advisory on workplace-related matters and disputes.
• Assist in resolving employment disputes between employees and companies, including mediation.
• Follow through cases from initial advisory to settlement.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on employment and placement assistance.
• Provide efficient counter services according to the duty roster.
