lovet (s) pte. ltd. is seeking a proactive Senior Human Resource Executive to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, HR policies and compliance while supporting business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, professional in communication, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in a full-spectrum HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF requirements.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment, postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Point of contact for HR matters, handle grievances and investigations as needed.
• Performance Management: Manage probation reviews, appraisals, and PIPs with follow-up.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Monthly payroll, leave records, benefits, CPF compliance.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, audits, reporting.
• Training & Development: Coordinate training and assess programme effectiveness.
• HR Operations & Administration: HR systems, reports, lifecycle activities and exits.
• Strategic HR Support: Provide advice, workforce planning, and process improvements.
