Job summary

NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader in Singapore to manage the HR team and oversee payroll, compliance, and manpower planning. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and statutory reporting while ensuring adherence to MOM and tax rules for local and foreign employees.

The role emphasizes policy development, HR process improvements, and effective employee relations to build a compliant and engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and MOM requirements.
• Experience with IR8A/AIS/IR21/IRAS tax matters and CPF handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the HR team to deliver timely HR services.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and leave processing.
• Ensure compliance with WICA, PDPA and statutory reporting obligations.
• Oversee foreign manpower matters: EP, S Pass and work permit processes.
• Engage in manpower planning and government grants/ schemes.
• Advise management on HR policies, SOPs and process improvements.
