Job summary

Our client, a leading integrated construction company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full lifecycle from profiling to offers. Based in Kranji, you will partner with BUs and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and build pipelines.

Responsibilities include high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment, pre-employment and onboarding, HR operations support, and compliance with Singapore employment laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience.
• Prior Talent Acquisition experience within the construction industry is required.
• Proven experience supporting Business Units in an HR Business Partner capacity, with a good understanding of project requirements and manpower needs.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Conversant with the Singapore Employment Act and familiar with general HR practices.
• Familiarity with Unit4Prosoft system will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems, recruitment platforms and job portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from profiling to offer management.
• Partner with BUs and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Support high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Oversee pre-employment, onboarding, work passes and HR system updates.
• Provide HR Business Partner support to assigned BUs.
• Assist day-to-day HR operations, leave, benefits and employee relations.
• Maintain recruitment records for reporting and audits.
• Review and improve recruitment and HR processes.
• Support policy implementation and compliance with Singapore law.
